High resolution imaging of lipids

Project leader: Kürschner/Al-Amoudi

High-resolution imaging of lipids Imaging techniques are important tools to study lipids involved in lipid-protein assemblies. We aim to develop electron-microscopy based high-resolution imaging protocols for alkyne lipids, a class of lipid analogues developed within the TRR83 initiative. We will use these protocols to study spatial and molecular aspects of cellular lipid interactions.
